Scope of Services

labzeetech provides mobile app MVP development services including:

• • Mobile app design and development
• • MVP feature implementation
• • Basic testing and quality assurance
• • App store preparation and submission
• • Project documentation and handover

Service Delivery

• • Timeline: Projects typically completed within 15 business days
• • Communication: Regular updates via email and project management tools
• • Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of revisions included in base price
• • Support: 30 days of post-launch support included

Payment Structure

• • 50% Upfront: Payment required to begin project development
• • 50% on Delivery: Final payment due upon project completion and handover
• • Payment Methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or cryptocurrency accepted
• • Currency: All prices quoted in USD unless otherwise specified

Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee with the following terms:

• • Full refund if project is not delivered within agreed timeline
• • 50% refund if project is cancelled after development begins
• • No refunds for completed projects that meet agreed specifications

Client Ownership

Upon full payment, you will own:

• • Complete source code and project files
• • All custom designs and user interface elements
• • Project documentation and technical specifications
• • Rights to modify, distribute, and commercialize the app

Third-Party Components

Projects may include third-party libraries and components:

• • Open source libraries with permissive licenses
• • Commercial components with proper licensing
• • All licenses and usage rights transferred to client

Service Limitations

• • MVP Scope: Services limited to MVP development, not full-scale applications
• • Platform Support: iOS and Android support as specified in project agreement
• • Third-Party Services: Integration with external APIs subject to their terms and availability
• • App Store Approval: We prepare for submission but cannot guarantee approval

Liability Disclaimer

labzeetech's liability is limited as follows:

• • Maximum liability limited to total project cost
• • No liability for indirect or consequential damages
• • Client responsible for compliance with applicable laws
• • No warranty beyond project specifications

Project Termination

Either party may terminate the project agreement under the following conditions:

• • Client Termination: 48-hour written notice required
• • Developer Termination: For non-payment or breach of agreement
• • Force Majeure: Events beyond reasonable control

Post-Termination

• • Completed work delivered to client
• • Payment for completed work due within 7 days
• • Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

This section applies to mobile applications developed and published by labzeetech on the App Store and Google Play Store.
